AUTOart Ford Mustang 2004

Takže toto je moja prvá recenzia modelu a hneď Mustang! Konkrétne je to 'Mustang GT Bullitt 40th Anniversary' model 2004 od AUTOartu vo farbe crimson red, čo v ľudskej reči znamená, že je to mustang s motorom 4,6 V8 posledného modelového ročníka 4-tej generácie, čo je zároveň rok 40-teho výročia výroby Mustangov a ešte k tomu je to verzia Bullitt, čo je odkaz na známy film z roku 1968 s Pištom Mekkvínom, ibaže on mal mustanga tmavozeleného a nie tmavočerveného.
Výrobca modelu je AUTOart - edícia Performance, balenie je krabica z hrubšieho papiera s oknom    z priehľadnej fólie, model je priskrutkovaný k podstavcu, otváracie časti sú zabezpečené plastovými páskami a nálepkami.
Model meria asi 25 cm a váži približne 650 g, katalógové číslo 72856, rok vydania 2004.

 So this is my first review of the model and it's a Mustang! Specifically, it is the 'Mustang GT Bullitt 40th Anniversary' 2004 model year by AUTOart in crimson red, which in human speech means that it is a Mustang with a 4.6 V8 engine of the last model year of the 4th generation, which is also the year of the 40th anniversary of Mustang's production, and more yet it is a Bullitt version, which is a reference to a well-known film from 1968 with Steve McQueen, except he had a Mustang in dark green and not a dark red.
 The model is by AUTOart - Performance Edition, packed in a box of thick paper with a window from the transparent foil, the model is screwed to the base, the opening parts are secured with plastic straps and stickers. The model measures about 25 cm and weighs about 650 g, catalog number 72856, year of issue 2004.


Model je, ako sa na AUTOart patrí, detailne a precízne vypracovaný, lícovanie všetkých dielov je bezchybné, rovnako ako lak, svetlá nemajú chybu, až na predné hmlovky, ktoré vyzerajú byť len naznačené striebornou farbou. Bočné dvere sú bez skiel a zadné sklo má vyhrievanie.
 
 The model is, as is usual for AUTOart , very detailed and precisely designed, fitting of all the parts is flawless, as well as the paint, the lights are great, except for the front foglamps, which look just painted by the silver color. The doors are without glass and the rear window has heating wires.

Predná maska s koníkom a nasávací otvor v kapote majú krásne jemné mriežky, cez ktoré je vidno chladič resp. časť motora. Na predných blatníkoch nechýbajú emblémy 40th anniversary a vzadu modrý ovál Ford a nápis Bullitt.

 Front grill with pony and intake in the hood have fine perforated grilles through which the cooler and part of the engine is visible. There are 40th anniversary emblems on the front fenders, and the blue Ford oval and Bullitt inscription on the back.

Kolesá sú ďalšia vec, hodná obdivu - sú to 5-lúčové čierne disky s vonkajším ráfom v kontrastnej striebornej, v strede nechýba cválajúci koník s trikolórou, ktorý je takisto na predných brzdových strmeňoch, tie sú pre zmenu červené. Brzdové kotúče výzerajú veľmi realisticky, predné majú o poznanie väčší priemer ako zadné. Na pneumatikách je nápis Good Year Eagle ZR 45.

 Wheels are another thing that is admirable - they are 5-spoke black discs with an outer rim in contrasting silver, a galloping horse with a tricolor is in the center, the pony is also on the front brake callipers, which are red. The brake discs look very realistic, the front ones have a bit greater diameter than the rear. Tires are Good Year Eagle ZR 45.

Po otvorení dverí nás na prahoch privíta nápis Bullitt, interiér samotný je dosť fádny, koberec, sedadlá, volant, prístrojovka aj výplne dverí sú tmavošedé, trochu to oživujú biele ciferníky prístrojovky, červené zámky bezpečnostných pásov a strieborné detaily ako pedále, hlavica riadiacej páky - je to manuál! - a tlačítka ovládačov okien a pod. Nechýbajú bezpečnostné pásy. Kufor je kompletne čalúnený rovnakým kobercom ako interiér.

 When the door is opened, the Bullitt insription on the doorstep welcomes us, the interior itself is quite dull, the carpet, the seats, the steering wheel, the instrument panel and the door panels are all dark gray, it is a bit revived with the white instrument cluster, red seatbelt locks and silver details like pedals, gear lever -  it's a manual! - and buttons for window controls and the like. Seat belts are also there. Rear boot is completely upholstered with the same carpet as the interior.

Pod prednou kapotou je solídne spracovaný motor, blok, časť sacieho potrubia a chladič je v striebornej, ostatné kryty, hadice a kabeláž sú čierne, nájdu sa aj nejaké tie štítky. Obe kapoty
nedržia v otvorenej polohe, treba ich podložiť. Neviem, či je to chyba alebo vlastnosť, lebo som sa s tým stretol u viacerých modelov od AUTOartu.

 Under the front hood is a quite nice engine, it's block, part of the intake and the radiator are in silver, the other covers, hoses and cabling are black, some labels can be also found. Both bonnets need to be supported in the open position. I do not know if it's a bug or a feature, because it's quite usual with AUTOart models.

Podvozok je čierny plast, celkom detailný, výfuky, prevodovka, kardan a pomocný rám pod motorom
sú strieborné, výfuky sú zakončené chrómovanými koncovkami. Aj zavesenie kolies pôsobí realisticky, sú tam aj pružiny, aj keď pruženie nie je funkčné.
Konečné hodnotenie? Veľmi dobré, model nemá žiadne slabiny, pár detailov by mohlo byť prepracovanejších, ale celkovo je veľmi realistický a kvalitne vypracovaný. Odporúčam.

 The undercarriage is black plastic, quite detailed, exhaust, gearbox, driveshaft and auxiliary frame under the engine are silver, exhausts are ended with chrome tips. Also suspension looks realistic, there are springs, even if it is not working.
Final rating? Very good, the model has no weaknesses, a few details could be more sophisticated, but overall it is very realistic and well-made. I recommend.
